PN4093 Product Details

Description

The PN4093 is an N-Channel Switch. This component is intended for low-level analog switching, sample-and-hold circuits, and chopper stabilized amplifiers. N-Channel MOSFET (metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor) is a type of field-effect transistor that belongs to the field-effect transistors category (FET). The capacitor is used to power MOSFET transistors. An insulated-gate field-effect transistor is another name for this type of transistor (IGFET).

Features

  • Drain Current (Id): 0.02A

  • Power Dissipation (Ptot): 400mW

  • Drain-Gate Volt (Vdg): 40V

  • Gate-Source Volt (Vgs): -40V

  • Type: N-Channel

Applications

  • Low-level analog switching

  • Sample and hold circuits

  • Chopper stabilized amplifiers

  • Switch-mode power supplies

  • Variable-frequency drives and other power electronics applications
