NLHV3157NDFT2G Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 6-TSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. There is 2:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Around -55°C~125°C TA is the extended operating temperature. The analog switch ics are built using SPDT switching circuits. A total of 1 circuits make up this switch device. It has an internal resistance of 15Ohm. The functions of 6 pins can be found in the datasheets.
