NIS5020MT1TXG Overview
There is an inclusion of buck boost converter in the package Tape & Reel (TR).In the same manner as 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad, voltage regulator is packaged.A mounting hole is provided for Surface Mount to mount this current regulator.There should be a limcurrent regulator to the operating temperature of -40°C~150°C.As far as input voltage goes, current regulator supports the value of 18V.The output current of 10A makes it a very flexible power converter when it comes to design.
