NCP5208DR2 Description
NCP5208DR2 is a member of linear regulators developed by ON Semiconductor. It is specifically optimized for the active termination of DDR?I/II SDRAM. When used for DDR?I applications, it is capable of sourcing and sinking current up to 1.5 A with the output voltage regulated to within 3% or better. The NCP5208DR2 linear regulator is able to provide a suite of protection features, including soft?start, source/sink current limits and thermal shutdown.
