RT9040GQW(2) Overview
There are a total of 1 outputs supported by the voltage regulator. It is packaged in 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad for convenient transportation. Currently, the power regulator is available for shipping in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. Surface Mount universial mount for easy adapting. This shunt regulator targets at Converter, DDR Bus Termination Regulator and other applications. A temperature setting of -40°C~85°C is recommended to avoid malfunctions. Input voltage for this external regulator is designed to be 1.1V~3.5V. A Surface Mount is provided for mounting on PCBs or other boards. The power regulator has 10 pins. It is recommended that the electrical regulator outputs a value of 2A at the present time. The input voltage for this alternator regulator must be greater than 1.1V.
