Description
The NCP51200MNTXG is a source/sink Double Data Rate (DDR) termination regulator that is optimized for low input voltage and low noise systems with limited space.
The NCP51200MNTXG offers a quick transient response while requiring only a 20 μF minimum output capacitance. The NCP51200MNTXG has a remote sensing function and meets all DDR VTT bus termination power requirements. Low-power chipsets and graphics processor cores that require dynamically adjustable output voltages can also use the NCP51200MNTXG.
The NCP51200MNTXG comes in the thermally efficient DFN10 Exposed Pad wettable flank packaging and is both Green and Pb-free.
