NCP6251MNR2G Overview
The system supports a total of 1 outputs. It is packaged in 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad for convenient transportation. It's ready to ship in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. There is a general voltage output of 0.013V~1.55V from this power supply regulator. Easy adaptability thanks to Surface Mount universal mount. This shunt regulator targets at Controller, AMD and other applications. Ideally, the operating temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C in order to prevent malfunction. This external regulator requires a voltage of 4.75V~5.25Vas its input voltage.
