Description


The MMBF4393 is a low-level analog switching, sample and hold circuits, and chopper-stabilized amplifiers N-channel JFET switch. One of the most basic varieties of field-effect transistors is the junction-gate field-effect transistor (JFET). JFETs are three-terminal semiconductor devices that can be used to produce amplifiers or as electronically controlled switches or resistors.
