2N5638 Product Details

2N5638 JFET Chopper Description

2N5638 is an N-channel JFET with a wide range of applications. It runs in depletion mode and must be turned off with reverse biasing. It is intended for mid to high-frequency ranges. It also offers a high gain for broad frequencies and is useful in VHF/UHF-based systems. It is a low-noise small-signal device capable of quick switching, signal amplification, and mixing.

2N5638 JFET Chopper Features

  • Pb?Free Packages are Available

  • Low Drain?Source "ON" Resistance: RDS(on) = 30 for 2N5638

  • Low Reverse Transfer Capacitance ? Crss: 4.0 pF (Max) @ f = 1.0 MHz

  • High Current Gain

  • Fast Switching Characteristics ? tr: 5.0 ns (Max)
