MC14518BDWR2 Overview
This device is supplied in the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. The 2elements are connected by wires. Tape & Reel (TR)is used to package it. It is mounted in the manner of [0]. Having been designed as a member of the 4000Bseries, it is well suited to a variety of applications. BCD Counteris adopted as the logic type. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to -55°C~125°C. The mounting type is Surface Mount. When the supply voltage is set to [0], it is able to operate with greater reliability. There are 4bits stored in each element of the array. Under its base part number of [0], you will find additional related parts. Despite operating at 125°Cfor extended periods, its electrical characteristics remain stable. This device is designed to operate within a specified temperature range with a lower limit generally set at -55°C. There is a maximum voltage available for the device of 18V. A total of 1input lines are used to input binary data in the form of on/off signals. There are 4 output lines on this device. For normal operation, it is equipped with 2circuits.
