201-BPGA packages are used for the safety protection of the image sensors. In order to operate properly, the image sensors should supply a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V. This image sensor will be packaged in Tray in order to ensure their protection. There should be a dynamic range of 66 dB on the image sensor.
