Safety reasons require that image sensors be packaged in 71-BCPGA packages. In order to operate properly, the image sensors should supply a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V. These image sensors will be packaged in the Bulk for protection. There should be a dynamic range of 64 dB on the image sensor. Pins 71 are on the image sensor.
