KAI-29050-AXA-JR-B2 Overview
Safety reasons require that image sensors be packaged in 71-BCPGA packages. There should be 14.5V~15.5V voltage present on the image sensors. As a protective measure, we will package these image sensors in the Bulk. There should be a dynamic range of 64 dB on the image sensor. The optical format of the image sensor is 4/2.99 inch. This image sensor has 71 pins. As long as the image sensors are operating, their voltage should be 15.5V.
