OV13850-G04A Overview
Safety precautions are taken by packaging the image sensors in Module packages. A voltage of 2.8V should be supplied by the image sensors. Those image sensors will be protected in the Bulk. Image sensors should not be subjected to temperatures above 85°C in order to function properly.
