KAI-16070-PXA-JD-B2 Overview
To ensure safety, image sensors are encapsulated in 71-BCPGA packages. It is recommended that the image sensors supply a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V. In order to protect the image sensors, we'll pack them in the Bulk. There are 71 pins on the image sensor. When operating, image sensors should provide 15.5V voltage.
