KAI-16000-AAA-JD-B1 Overview
Safety precautions are taken by packaging the image sensors in 40-BCPGA packages. A voltage of 14.5V~15.5V should be supplied by the image sensors. Those image sensors will be protected in the Bulk. There should be the dynamic range of 65 dB on the image sensor. In the image sensor, there are 40 pins. When operating, image sensors should provide 15.5V voltage.
