KAI-16000-AXA-JD-BX Overview
To ensure that the image sensors are protected from damage, they are packaged in 40-BCPGA packages. There should be a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V supplied by the image sensors. We'll package these image sensors in the Bulk for protection. There should be the dynamic range of 65 dB on the image sensor. It is specified that the image sensor has an optical format of 4/2.9 inch. A 40 pin image sensor is used. It is recommended that the voltage supplied by image sensors be 15.5V at all times.
