OV02715-A68A-1E Overview
For safety reasons, image sensors are placed in 68-BGA Module packages. Voltage 3.3V should be provided by the image sensors. As a protective measure, we will package these image sensors in the Tray. 3 pins make up the image sensor. Set the maximum operating temperature for the image sensors to 85°C. Nevertheless, the temperature must not fall below -30°C when the image sensor is in operation.
