KAI-16000-AAA-JR-B1 Overview
As a safety precaution, the image sensors are packaged in 40-BCPGA packages. There should be a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V supplied by the image sensors. Those image sensors will be protected in the Bulk. Pins 40are located on the image sensor. While the image sensor is operating, the voltage should be 15.5V.
