OV02643-A42A Overview
For safety reasons, image sensors are placed in 42-CSP packages. The image sensors should supply the voltage of 2.8V. For protection against damage, we will package these image sensors in the Bulk. 42 pins are present on the image sensor. Sensors should be set to 70°C at maximum operating temperatures. Nevertheless, a temperature of less than -20°C should not be allowed for image sensors to operate.
