KAI-16000-AAA-JD-B2 Overview
As a safety precaution, the image sensors are packaged in 40-BCPGA packages. The image sensors should supply the voltage of 14.5V~15.5V. To protect them from damage, we'll package them in Bulk. There should be a dynamic range of 65 dB on the image sensor. Image sensors have 40 pins. While the image sensor is operating, the voltage should be 15.5V.
