KAF-50100-CAA-JD-AA Overview
52-BCPGA packages are used to protect the image sensors from damage. A voltage of 14.5V~15.5V should be supplied by the image sensors. To protect them from damage, we'll package them in Bulk. Pins 52are located on the image sensor. When the image sensor is operating, the voltage supplied by it should be 15.5V.
