KAI-08051-QBA-JD-BA Overview
For safety reasons, image sensors are packaged in 67-BCPGA packages. A voltage of 14.5V~15.5V should be supplied by the image sensors. As a protective measure, we will package these image sensors in the Bulk. 67 pins are present on the image sensor. During operation, the voltage supplied by image sensors should be 15.5V.
