For safety reasons, the image sensors are packaged in 63-LBGA packages. It is recommended that the image sensors supply a voltage of 1.8V~2.8V. These image sensors will be packaged in the Tray so they don't get damaged. An image sensor with a dynamic range of 71.1 dB should be used. A 1/3 inch optical format is specified for the image sensor.
