In order to protect the image sensors, they are put into 67-BCPGA packages. There should be a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V supplied by the image sensors. To protect them from damage, we'll package them in Bulk. There should be a dynamic range of 70.5 dB on the image sensor. The optical format of the image sensor is 4/3 inch. There are 67 pins on the image sensor.
