OV03640-V56A-2D Overview
For safety, the image sensors are in 56-CSP2 packages. A voltage of 2.8V should be provided by the image sensors. These image sensors will be packaged in the Tray to keep them safe. Image sensors should be set to 70°C for their maximum operating temperature. When image sensors are in operation, the temperature should not be below -20°C.
