KAI-01150-ABA-JD-BA Overview
For safety reasons, the image sensors are packaged in 67-BCPGA packages. There should be a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V supplied by the image sensors. These image sensors will be packaged in the Bulk for protection. It is recommended that the image sensor's dynamic range is 64 dB. Image sensors have 1/2 inch optical formats, as specified. A 68 pin image sensor is used. While the image sensor is operating, the voltage should be 15.5V.
