63-LBGA packages are used for the safety protection of the image sensors. 1.8V~2.8V should be the supply voltage for the image sensors. The image sensors will be protected from damage by the Tray. An image sensor with a dynamic range of 71.1 dB should be used. A 1/3 inch format image sensor is specified.
