KAF-50100-AAA-JD-BA Overview
Safety precautions are taken by placing the image sensors in 52-BCPGA packages. There should be 14.5V~15.5V voltage present on the image sensors. The image sensors will be packaged inside the Bulk in order to prevent damage to them. It is recommended that the image sensor's dynamic range is 70.2 dB. There are 52 pins on the image sensor. During operation, image sensors should supply 15.5V voltage.
