OV02659-A47A Overview
Safety reasons require that image sensors be packaged in Module packages. A voltage of 2.8V should be supplied by the image sensors. As a protective measure, we will package these image sensors in the Bulk. A 47 pin image sensor is used. Ensure that the maximum operating temperature of the image sensors is set to 70°C. In any case, the temperature of the sensor should not be below -20°C while it is operating.
