FT7521FHX Overview
There are 6 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). IC management is packaged as a 6-UFDFN package. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Reset Timer products as well. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 3V. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. Power managment ic pin count is 6. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 1.8V for this PMIC. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 5V volts in this PMIC. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector. There is a 1μA supply current present in the power management. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using FT7521, the base power ics number.
