FDS7764A Description
The N-channel MOSFETFDS7764A is designed to improve the overall efficiency of DC/DC converters using synchronous or conventional switching PWM controllers. It has been optimized for "low-end" synchronous rectification operations, providing a very low Rpson in a small package.
