FDS3682 Description
FDS3682 is a 100v N-Channel PowerTrench? MOSFET. The onsemi FDS3682 can be applied in DC/DC converters and Off-Line UPS, Electronic Valve Train Systems, etc applications due to the following features. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -55 and 150℃. And the MOSFET FDS3682 is in the SOIC-8 package with 2.5W power dissipation.
