FDG326P Description

FDG326P is a 1.8v P-Channel Specified PowerTrench? MOSFET. This P-Channel 1.8V specified MOSFET FDG326P uses Fairchild’s advanced low voltage PowerTrench process. It has been optimized for battery power management applications. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -55 and 150℃. And the MOSFET FDG326P is in the SC-70-6 package with 750mW power dissipation.
