FAN65005A Overview
Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 35 terminations. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 35-PowerWFQFN package. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 48V as the nominal input voltage. A voltage of 5V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. There should be no temperature above or below 125°C at which the DC DC switching regulator's maximum operating temperature can be reached. The DC DC switching regulator's minimal operating temperature should exceed -40°C. By adding the ALSO WORS IN PFM MODE feature, this harley voltage regulator is more efficient and stable. With the help of a unique technique, the input voltage can be permitted to reach DC DC switching regulator's maximum value. The switching regulator allows an input voltage of 4.5V as a minimum. When DC DC switching regulator's switching frequency is increased to 1MHz, reliability can be improved. It is normal for the output current of adjusting voltage regulator to be 8A.
