ISL91106IINZ-TR5654 Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 15-UFBGA, WLCSP package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Adjustable (Fixed) outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 2.5MHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 1.8V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1V 3.3V 3.4V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 2A output current. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 5.5V. The maximal output voltage of 5.2V allows adjusting voltage regulator for simple operation.
