CAT1022YI-45-GT3 Overview

Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. 8 pins are present on the power management system. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than -2V. This IC power should be powered by no more than 7V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. The supply current of the power management is 10μA. You can always use CAT1022, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. Voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 3mA at the most.
