Description
The BDW93C is a -100V PNP Complementary Darlington Power Transistor designed for general-purpose amplifier and low-speed switching applications. A power amplifier that can drive loudspeakers or headphones is known as an audio power amplifier (or power amp). It works by boosting low-power electronic audio signals, such as those from a radio receiver or an electric guitar pickup, to a level that is loud enough to drive those devices.
Features
Collector-emitter sustaining voltage (Vceo (sus) = 100V minimum)
Collector-emitter saturation voltage(Vceo (sat) = 2V maximum at Ic = 5A)
Collector-base voltage(Vcbo = 100V)
Emitter-base voltage(Vebo = 5V)
