BAS29 Overview
An acceptable reverse voltage would be 120V.In this device, there is an average rectified current of 200mA volts.In the course of its primary operation, this electronic or electrical device produces 350mW heat.A forward current of 200mA is allowed.There can be no surge current above 2A.This device can deliver 2pF values depending on the capacitance.A data chart shows that the peak reverse is 100nA in the datasheets.
