ASX340AT2C00XPED0-TRBR Overview
To ensure safety, image sensors are encapsulated in 63-LFBGA packages. This Tape & Reel (TR) will protect the image sensors. Image sensors have 63 pins. Set 105°C as the maximum operating temperature for the image sensors. When image sensors are in operation, the temperature should not be below -40°C.
