OVM7690-RYAA Overview
A 20-CAMERACUBE package is used for the safety protection of the image sensors. A voltage of 2.8V should be provided by the image sensors. These image sensors will be packaged in the Cut Tape (CT) for protection. A 20 pin image sensor is used. Image sensors should be set to 70°C for maximum operating temperature. Image sensors must not be operated at a temperature below -30°C.
