EPC901-CSP32-033 Overview
A 32-XFBGA, CSPBGA package is used for the safety protection of the image sensors. It is recommended that the image sensors supply a voltage of 2.7V~3.45V. In order to protect the image sensors, we'll pack them in the Tape & Reel (TR).
