2SC4027S-TL-H Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 140 @ 100mA 5V, which is calculated by taking the ratio of the base current to collector current and dividing transistor by two.As a result of vce saturation, Ic reaches its maximum value (saturated), and vce saturation(Max) is 450mV @ 50mA, 500mA.With the emitter base voltage set at -6V, an efficient operation can be achieved.Single BJT transistor is possible for the collector current to fall as low as 1.5A volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
