2SC4027S-E Overview
The DC current gain is the ratio of the base current to the collector current βdc = Ic/Ib and the DC current gain for this device is 100 @ 100mA 5V.The collector emitter saturation voltage is 130mV, giving you a wide variety of design options. As a result of vce saturation, Ic reaches its maximum value (saturated), and vce saturation(Max) is 450mV @ 50mA, 500mA.Keeping the emitter base voltage at 6V allows for a high level of efficiency.Collector current can be as low as 1.5A volts at its maximum.
