2N6028RLRP Description
Designed to make it possible for the engineer to use just two resistor values to "program" unijunction characteristics like RBB, IV, and IP. Applications include timing, oscillator, pulse, and thyristor trigger circuits. These devices may also be used in special thyristor applications due to the availability of an anode gate. For big volume needs, this package is provided in a low-cost TO-92 plastic package that is easily adaptable for use with automatic insertion machinery.
