OV09750-H55A Overview
BGA - Module packages are used to protect the image sensors from damage. There should be a voltage of 1.8V 3.3V on the image sensors. We will package these image sensors in the Tray to protect them from damage. Image sensors should be operated at 85°C. However, it is recommended that the temperature should not be lower than -30°C when image sensors are in operation.
