OV07676-H20A Overview
BGA - Module packages protect the image sensors. An image sensor should provide a voltage of 2.8V. It is intended to protect these image sensors from damage by enclosing them in the Tray. Sensors should be set to 70°C at maximum operating temperatures. In any case, the temperature of the sensor should not be below -30°C while it is operating.
