For safety, the image sensors are in LCC packages. A 84 pin image sensor is used. In order for image sensors to operate properly, they should be powered by 3.6V voltage. Image sensors should be operated at 85°C. As a result, the temperature should not be lower than -40°C when image sensors are operating.
