OV05670-MRCB-FA00 Overview
A BGA - Module package is used for the safety protection of the image sensors. There should be a voltage of 2.8V on the image sensors. To prevent them from being damaged, we will package these image sensors in the Bag. In order to maximize the life of the image sensors, the maximum operating temperature should be set to 85°C. In any case, the temperature of the sensor should not be below -30°C while it is operating.
