MLX75023STF-BAA-001-TR Overview
For safety reasons, the image sensors are packaged in 44-UFBGA, WLBGA packages. There should be a voltage of 3V~3.6V supplied by the image sensors. We will package these image sensors in the Tray to protect them from damage.
